THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, JUST.I.~E REALTY COMPANY, a Missouri Corporation, has
presented to the City a deed dated December 28, 1961, conveying /~
easements for street purposes on the South side of Talbert Avenue,
west of Greenville Road; and
the City a deed dated January 5, 1962, conveying a drainage easement
North from Warner Avenue, West of Rene Drive; and
WHEREAS, a corporation, has
presented to the City a deed dated December 7, 1961, conveying an /5
easement for street purposes on the South side of Seventeenth Street
and Concord Street; and
WHEREAS,
presented to the City a deed dated January 8, 1962, conveying an /~/
easement for street purposes on the Southwest corner of Newhope
Street and Sugar Avenue; and
dated January 5, 1962, conveying a parcel of land which constitutes.
a portion of the "West Ditch", North of Edinger Avenue, and described
as follows:
The Southerly 150.23 feet, measured along the East line
of Lot A, Tract No. 2704, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in Book 116, Pages 19 and 20, Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County, California;
and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
