DEED TO HARRY R. MARTIN QUITCLAIMING VEHICULAR
ACCESS RIGHTS
WHEREAS, heretofore Grantee, herein named, granted to the City
all vehicular access rights to and from certain lots on Delhi Road -
now Warner Avenue - which the City of Santa Ana no longer needs as a
restricted area; that at the time said access rights were granted to
the City by said Grantee, it was not the intent of the City to have
those rights for the purpose of any value, but merely for the purpose
of control for the access onto the street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council finds
that vehicular access rights to and from Warner Avenue as affecting
certain lots herein described should be returned to the owner of said
lots, and the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council are directed for and
on behalf of the City to execute a deed to HARRY R. MARTIN quitclaiming
to him all vehicular access rights to and from Warner Avenue on the
frontage of that certain real property described as:
Lot 33 in Tract No. 3589 as per map thereof recorded in
Miscellaneous Maps Book 131, Pages 34 and 35, and
Lots 29, 30 and 31 in Tract No. 3638 as per map thereof
recorded in Miscellaneous Maps Book 131, Pages 36 and 37,
both in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of January, 1962.
