WHICH DECLARED INTENTION TO ESTABLISH FUTURE RIGHT
OF WAY LINES ALONG SEVENTEENTH STREET, SUGAR AVENUE,
WARNER AVENUE, SANTA CLARA AVENUE, MEMORY LANE,
EDINGER AVENUE AND DYER ROAD - TALBERT AVENUE AND
FIXED THE DATE FOR HEARING THEREON, TO DELETE
PROVISION THAT DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS IS DIRECTED
TO POST COPIES OF SAID RESOLUTION ALONG THE PUBLIC
STREETS IN THE AREAS WHERE SAID FUTURE RIGHT OF WAY
LINES ARE BEING CONSIDERED
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at its
regular meeting held on the 15th day of January, 1962, regularly
passed and adopted Resolution No. 62-7, which said Resolution declared
intention to establish Future Right of Way Lines along certain portions
of Seventeenth Street, Sugar Avenue, Warner Avenue, Santa Clara Avenue,
Memory Lane, Edinger Avenue and Dyer Road - Talbert Avenue, and desig-
nated that 7:30 P.M. on the 5th day of February, 1962, was the hearing
date when all persons objecting to the establishment of said Lines
might appear and be heard; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution NO. 62-7 provided that the Director
of Public Works was directed to post copies of said Resolution along
the portions of the streets being considered at least ten (10) days
before the time of hearing; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that said posting by the
Director of Public Works is unnecessary, and that said provision
should be deleted from said Resolution No. 62-7.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the paragraph of said
Resolution No. 62-7 reading as follows:
" The Clerk of the Council is directed~to publish this
Resolution once in the Register, and the Director of Public
Works is directed to post copies of this Resolution along
the streets hereinafter listed, in front of each block or
part thereof where such lines are proposed to be established.
Portions of the following streets are to be posted in
accordance with the hereinabove designations:
1. Seventeenth Street
2. Sugar Avenue
3. Warner Avenue
4. Santa Clara Avenue
5. Memory Lane
6. Edinger Avenue
7. Dyer Road - Talbert Avenue

Both publication and posting shall be completed at least
ten (10) days before the time of hearing."
is hereby amended to read as follows:
" The Clerk of the Council is directed to publish this
Resolution once in the Register; said publication shall
be completed at least ten (10) days before the time of
hearing."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Clerk of the Council is
hereby directed to publish this Resolution once in the Register; and
that said publication shall be completed at least ten (10) days prior
to the time of hearing.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its adjourned regular meeting held on the 22nd day of Januar~ , 1962.
