PHASE OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL
PLAN OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT"
WHEREAS, on August 7, 1961, the Santa Aha City Council, by
Resolution No. 61-188, adopted a map based on engineering studies
as the Drainage Phase of the Public Service Element of the General
Plan for the City, and on March 5th, 1962, adopted Ordinance
No. NS-~O dividing the City into Local Drainage Areas and fixing
fees in each Area; and
WHEREAS, after further study, it appears desirable to amend
the Drainage Phase of the General Plan in One Area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the map entitled~
"Drainage - A Phase of the Public Service Element of the General
Plan of Community Development" is hereby amended by adopting that
certain map entitled "Southeast Drainage Area, Exhibit A", dated
January, 1962, which said map shows original drainage facility
alignments and alternate alignments in Local Drainage Area No. III.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of March, 1962.
