NOT BEEN MADE AT THE HEARING ON PROTESTS AGAINST
THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY UNDER THE NAME OF
"FAIRHAVEN AND CAMBRIDGE SOUTHEAST ANNEX"
WHEREAS, on March~. 19, 1962, at the hour of 7:30 P.M., the
protest hearing against the annexation herein referred to was regu-
larly held on written notice mailed to each person to whom land
within said territory proposed to be annexed was assessed and on
regular publication of the Resolution initiating said annexation,
all as provided for in the Government Code of the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council finds
and declares, after said hearing on protests, that a majority protest
against the annexation initiated by Resolution No. 62-28, under the
name of "FAIRHAVEN AND CAMBRIDGE SOUTHEAST ANNEX", has not been made.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th day~f March, 1962. ~
