PALMER IN CONSIDERATION OF A QUITCLAIM DEED FROM THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO SAID GRACE Hi PALMER FOR THE PRIVILEGE AND RIGHT TO EXTEND CERTAIN DRAINAGE STRUCTURES ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF WESTMINSTER, EAST OF BERRYDALEt AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SAID QUITCLAIM DEED WHEREAS, GRACE H. PALMER, has presented to the City a deed dated February 26, 1962, conveying an easement for street p= poses on the South side of Westminster Avenue, East of Berrydale Street, in consideration of the City quitclaiming to said Grace H. Palmer the City's interest in a certain parcel of real property located on the South side of Westminster Avenue, East of Berrydale Street; and WHEREAS, the City has determined to accept said deed and to execute a quitclaim deed to said person in consideration for said deed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said deed dated February 26, 1962, from Grace H. Palmer, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed to place his certificate of Acceptance on said deed. Vice- BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the/Mayor and the Clerk of the Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed quitclalming to GRACE H. PALMER the privilege and right to extend drainage structures, excavations and embankment slopes beyond the limits of a 40 (forty) foot road easement as conveyed to the County of Orange by deed recorded March 24, 1932 in Book 548, Page 19 of the. Official Records of Orange County and deliver the same to said Grace H. Palmer.
