THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, GEORGE H. ROSE and MARGARET G. ROSE have presented
to the City a deed dated March 28, 1962, granting an easement for
street purposes on Fairview and Willits Streets, West of Sullivan
Street, in consideration of the payment of $9,000.00. Said trans-
action is to be handled through Escrow No. S64411-HRB with Orange
County Title Company, Santa Ana, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
