A QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property located
on the South side of Hazard Avenue, West of Michael Street, dedicated
to the City of Santa Aha vehicular access rights on said South side
of Hazard Avenue, West of Michael Street, and the present owners have
requested driveway locations across said area and the City has deter-
mined to grant the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed quit-
claiming~IN. SEV~TY TQ THE ~AR!OU~OWNERS~.OF THE~.U~D~.~__Y~G FEE. A~
.T~R!R RESPECTIVE ~TERESTS MAY APPEAR OF R~O~ vehicula~ a~cess .rights
on the South side of Hazard Avenue, West of Michael Street, and deliver
the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of April, 1962.
