THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS ORANGE COUNTY POSTAL CREDIT UNION, a corporation,
has presented to the City a deed dated April 27, 1962, dedicating
to the City vehicular access rights on the West side of Broadway,
South of Buffalo Avenue; and
WHEREAS FRED S. TAMMARO and WANDA EVA TAMMARO have presented
to the City a deed dated May 12, 1962, conveying an easement for /
alley purposes on the West side of Birch,street, South of Camile
Street; and
WHEREAS MARTIN A. ANDERSEN and ELIZABETH A. ANDERSEN have
presented to the City a deed dated May 10, 1962, conveying an easement
for installation and maintenance of water mains and appurtenances /~
on the West side of Mar-Less Drive, South of Westminster Avenue; and
WHEREAS ANDREA K. HAYWARD and SAM__T.____HA~Y~_A_,R~have presented
to the City a deed dated May 15, 1962, conveying an easement for the/.~£~~
construction and maintenance of a water main South of First Street,
East of Newhope Street; and
WHEREAS DANIEL A. SANCHEZ and SOCORRO B. SANCHEZ have pre-
sented to the City a deed dated May 8, 1962, conveying an easement
for street purposes at the Northwest corner of Shelton and Cubbon
Streets; and
WHEREAS all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
