CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION

WHEREAS, JITSUGO MOTOYA~A and TAKA~Q MOTOYAMA have presented
to the City a deed dated May 29, 1962, conveying a temporary construc-
tion easement on the West side of King Street, North of Eighth Street,
in consideration of the payment of $300.00 as agreed compensation for
tearing out s0~e shrubs and bushes as required for the use of said
easement. Said transaction is to be handled.through Escrow No. 47881-C
with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of June, 1962.
