THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
SADI~_C_.___.R~IREZ_~$ve presented to the City a deed dated May 22, 1962,
conveying an easement for street purposes on the Northwest corner of
Broadway and Eighteenth Street and granting vehicular access rights
to Broadway, and Paul G. Mast and George L. Moore, partners, release
and quitclaim their interest in said property as lessees; and
WHEREAS, DALE B. SARVER and HELEN A. SARVER have presented to
the City a deed dated May 7, 1962, conveying an easement for street
purposes on the North side of Seventeenth Street, East of the Santa
Ana River; and
-$~HEREAS, W~LTER. W. COLE and MA~Y~C~H. COLE. have presented to
the City a deed dated May 24, 1962, conveying an easement for street
purposes and an easement for alley purposes on the West side of Main
Street, North of St. Gertrude Place; also granting vehicular access
rights to Main Street; and

WHEREAS, DOXAN __ ~O_~_~have presented
to the City a deed dated June 5, 1962, conveying a parcel of real J~ t;
property at the Northwest corner of Memory Lane and Westwood, the same
being a 1 foot strip of land outside of the street easement, in fee
simple; and
WHEREAS, DOXAND~R~ _and DN~ have presented
to the City a deed dated June 5, 1962, conveying an easement for street
purposes at the Northwest corner of Memory Lane and Westwood Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
