QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property located
on the Northeast corner of Trask Avenue and Cotter Street dedicated
vehicular access rights to Trask Avenue; and the present owners have
requested the vehicular access rights and the City has determined to
grant the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed quit-
claiming to DON ~. CARLOW and M~.LD~n F. CARLOS, Husband and Wife, As
Joint Tenants, all vehicular access rights to Trask Avenue from Lot 78,
Tract Number 1425, and to deliver the same to said owners.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of June, 1962.
