A QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property located
on the Southwest corner of Occidental Street and Standard Avenue
dedicated to the City of Santa Aha vehicular access rights on said
Southwest corner of Occidental Street and Standard Avenue; and the
present owners have now requested driveway locations across said
area and the City has determined to gr~t the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed quit-
claiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING FEE, AS
THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD vehicular access rights
on the Southwest corner of Occidental Street and Standard Avenue, and
deliver the same to SONNEBERG BUILDERS, 1822 West Carlton Place, Santa
Ana, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of June,

The Council having unanimousl~ ~aived the reading of the Reso-
lution, on motion of Councilman Hub~rd, seconded by Schlueter
and carried, the following Resolution entitleds
"Resolution No. 62-118 accepting indentures fro~ the
Tax Collector of Orange County conveying tax title to
five lots"
located north of Fourth Street between Terminal and Santa Fe
Streets~ south of River Lane, west of Bristol Street; on the
northeast corner of Olive and Russell Streets; and on the west
side of Bristol Street between First a~d Walnuts Streets, in
consideration of $225.00, was considered and passed by the
£ollo~ing votes
