QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY' OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana owns an 8 foot sewer easement
across property at the Northeast corner of Sullivan and Willits Streets,
which the Santa Ana Unified School District is now purchasing and which
said easement is no longer in use by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
hereby authorizes execution of a deed quitclaiming the 8 foot strip of
land, acquired for sewer purposes from F. A. Logan, to the SANTA ANA
_~UN_!FIED SCHOOL DISTRI__.9~., and the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council
are hereby direoted to execute said deed and deliver the same to said
School District for acceptance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of July, 1962.
