QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, heretofore PABST BREWING COMPANY, a Corporation,
dedicated to the City of Santa Ana, an easement for storm drain
purposes on the West side of King Street North of Fifth Street
by a deed dated June 21, 1962. Said easement was granted to the
City for no cash consideration; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City that a portion of an
easement on the West side of King Street North of Fifth Street
owned by the City and which is no longer of any use to the City
should be quitclaimed to said PABST BREWING COMPANY in exchange
for the easement granted by said Company to the City; and the City
has now determined to quitclaim the aforesaid easement to said
Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the
Clerk of the Council are hereby directed to execute quitclaim
deed, quitclaiming to PABST BREWING COMPANY, a Corporation,
successor by merger to LOS ANGELES BREWING COMPANY, a Corporation,
a portion of an easement on the West side of King Street North of
Fifth Street and deliver the same to said PABST BREWING COMPANY.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
16th 1962.
