CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, MILTON E. TAYLOR and DONNA J. TAYLOR have presented
to the City a deed dated June 29, 1962, conveying a parcel of real
property on the Northwest corner of Edinger and Sycamore Streets
in consideration of the payment of $37,350.00. Said transaction
is to be handled through Escrow NO. 47974-C with Security Title
Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and CARL J. THORNTON, the City's designated Agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at.its regular meeting held on the 16th day of July, 1962.
