THE CITY IS A¥ING A CONSIDmmT ON
WHEREAS, GLEN wILLiAM WILSON and FRANCES LOUISE WILSON have ~
presented to the City a deed dated July 17, 1962, conveying a parcel
of real property for street purposes on the North side of Edinger
Avenue, West of Maple Street, in consideration of the payment of
$11,550.00. Said transaction ks to be handled through Escrow
No. 47999-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana,
California; and
WHEREAS, WEDA C. BECK has presented to the City a deed dated
July 16, 1962, conveying a parcel of real property for street purposes
on the North side of Edinger Avenue, West of Orange Avenue, in
consideration of the payment of $22,000.00. Said transaction is to
be handled through Escrow No. 48095-C with Security Title Insurance
Company, Santa Aha, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of August, 1962.
