A QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property located
on the North side of Segerstrom Avenue, East of Susan Street,
dedicated to the City of Santa Ana vehicular access rights on said
North side of Segerstrom Avenue, East of Susan Street; and the
present owners have now requested driveway locations across said
area and the City has determined to grant the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed quit-
claiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING FEE, AS
THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD, vehicular access
rights on the North side of Segerstrom Avenue, East of Susan Street,
and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of August, 1962.
