CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION BUT MAKING
STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN CONSIDERATION FOR SAID DEED
WHEREAS, SALVADORE FLORES and HELEN H. FLORES have presented
to the City a deed dated July 16, 1962, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the North side of Fifth Street, West of Artesia,
in consideration of street improvements at said location to be made
by the City. Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow
No. 48070-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana,
California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of August, 1962.
