CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, VIOLA GRISET, ROY F. GRISET and IDA H. ASHLEY have
presented to the City a deed dated August 17, 1962, conveying two
parcels of real property for street purposes on the North side of
Edinger Avenue, West of Main Street, in consideration of the payment
of $47,675.00. Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow
Number 48226-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana,
California.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of September, 1962.
