THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, VIOLA GRISET, ROY F. GRISET and IDA H. ASHLEY have
presented to the City a deed dated September 7, 1962, granting
vehicular access rights on the North ~ide of Edinger Avenue, West
of Main Street, as an amendment to instructions in Escrow No. 48226-C
accepted by Resolution No. 62-174 on September 4, 1962; and
WHEREAS, DOUGLAS OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, a Corporation,
has presented to the City a deed dated September 4, 1962, conveying
an easement for street purposes on the South side of Edinger Avenue,
and the East side of Broadway; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
