OF A QUITCLAIM DEED
WHEREAS, STYLE CHAMPION HOMES, a partnership, and ALISO HOMES,
a general partner, have made a deposit of $3,500.00 with the Finance
Department of the City of Santa Ana for the purchase of an easement
for a storm drain along the Westerly 20 feet of property proposed to
be subdivided by said partnership, which subdivision work will make
said storm drain unnecessary so that said partnership may use the area
now covered by said easement. Said deposit is conditioned upon the
city quitclaiming its easement and all interest in said area to said
partnership.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the M~yor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed for
and on behalf of the City of Santa Ana quitclaiming to STYLE CHAMPION
HOMES, a partnership, ALISO HOMES, INCORPORATED, a general partner,
the interest of the City in that certain property in the County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
The Westerly 20.00 feet of the Southerly 860.00 feet of
the Northerly 990.00 feet of the Northeast one-quarter
(N.E. %) of the Southeast one-quarter (S.E.%) of Section
16, Township 5 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base
and Meridian.
The Clerk of the Council is directed to deliver said deed, together
with a certified copy of this Resolution to the grantees.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of October, 1962.
