ROBERT A. BANYARD, ET AL., WHERE THE CITY IS
PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION

ease~aent for street purposes at the Northeast /l~/

conveying
an
corner of Eighth and Ross Streets; and
WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration being paid to
said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the
