QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located
on the East side of Bristol Street, South of Hemlock Way, dedicated
to the City of Santa Ana vehicular access rights to Bristol Street;
and the present owners, EUGENE B. SIVE, LOUIS J. CELLA and MARIAN
CELLA, have now requested driveway locations across said area, and
the City has determined to grant the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed quit-
claiming to EUGENE B. SIVE, LOUIS J. CELLA and MARIAN CELLA vehicular
access rights to Bristol Street, South of He~lock Way, and to deliver
the same to said owners.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of November, 1962.
