NO. 58-281
~IE~EAS; on November 3; 1958, the City Council passed and
adopted Resolution No. 58-281 revising and establishing the B~sic
Compensation Plan for employees of the City of Santa Aha; and
WHEREAS; due to the cha~e in prevailing wage stands~rds for the
class title herein-below provided for; and to provide a competitive
wage for recruitment of new personnel, the following change has been
determined to be necessary.
NO~; THEREF~E; BE 1T RESOLVED: That Section 3 of Resolution
No. 58-281 as amended is hereby amended to change the Schedule No.
allocated to the class title next herein-below; and the salary and wage
schedule set opposite the class title shall be effective for such class
title on the dates of effectiveness herein-below provided; as follows:
