OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR AND THE PLANNING
COMMISSION AND DENYING VARIANCE APPLICATION
NO. 1698 FILED BY ROBERT W. DUFF
BE IT RESOLVED: That based upon the Findings of Fact of the
Zoning Administrator, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
affirms the decision of the Zoning Administrator and the Planning
Commission and appeal on Variance Application No. 1698, filed by
ROBERT W. DUFF, is hereby denied.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of January, 1963.
