THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, K R I C ENTERPRISES INC., a corporation, has presented
to the City a deed dated December 10, 1962, conveying a parcel of real
property for drainage purposes, and also conveying easements for
street and drainage purposes at Twentieth Street, East of Sherry
Lane; and
WHEREAS, WILLIAM LEE PENRY and ALICE V. PENRY have presented
to the City a deed dated December 20, 1962, conveying an easement
for street purposes on the West side of Newhope Street, North of
Posey Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 7th day
