A QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located
on South side of Seventeenth Street, West of Mabury Street, dedicated
to the City of Santa Aha vehicular access rights to Seventeenth /
Street; the present owners, MARK-WILLIAM COMPANY, a general partner-
ship, have now requested driveway locations across said area and the
City has determined to grant the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed quit-
claiming to MARK-WILLIAM COMPANY, a general partnership, vehicular
access rights to Seventeenth Street, West of Mabury Street, and to
deliver the same to said owners.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of January, 1963.
