LOUIS M. and RUTH RUBIN AND AUTHORIZING A
QUITCLAIM DEED PROM THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO
CORRECT ERRORS IN DESCRIPTIONS OF REAL
PROPERTY ON TRANSACTION AUTHORIZED BY
RESOLUTION NO. 62-220
WHEREAS, heretofore by Resolution 62-220, the city of Santa
Ana accepted a deed dated November 29, 1962, and authorized in
exchange a quitclaim deed fro~ the City to grantors, and, thereafter,
errors were found in the descriptions in said deeds; a new deed has
been presented to the City for acceptance and a quitclaim deed for
execution to carry into effect the original agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby
accepts a deed dated November 29, 1962, from LOUIS M. and RUTH RUBIN
and authorizes the execution of a quitclaim deed dated February 1,
1963, to LOUIS M. RUBIN to carry into effect the original agreement.
The Mayor and the Clerk of the Council are hereby directed to
execute said quitclaim deed and return both deeds to the Orange County
Title Company for recording through Escrow No. 866364-JEM to execute
the amendment to the escrow instructions to correct the descriptions.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That Resolution No. 62-220 is hereby
rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of February, 1963.
