HomeMy WebLinkAbout63-034RESOLUTION NO. 63-34 DECLARING THAT A MAJORITY PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN MADE AGAINST ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY DESIGNATED "SUNFLOWER AND FLOWER NORTHWEST ANNEX" WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the City Council held on February 18, 1963, the protest hearing against the annexation herein referred to was regularly held on due notice and no written protests were filed and no person appeared against said annexation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council finds and declares that a majority protest against the annexation initiated by Resolution No. 63-7 has not been made. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of February, 1963.
