OF GRANT OF EASEMENT TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
EDISON COMPANY FOR SUPPLYING ELECTRIC ENERGY
IN ROSITA PARK
BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council
are hereby authorized to execute a GRANT OF EASEMENT for the City
of Santa Ana to SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY conveying an
easement for the installation of an underground electrical system
to convey electrical energy in and under a strip of land six (6)
feet wide in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
California, the center line of which strip of land is described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 52 of Tract
No. 3669, as shown on map recorded in Book 133, Pages 10
to 12, inclusive, of said Miscellaneous Maps; thence
Northerly to a point that is 185 feet Northerly and
292 feet Westerly, measured at right angles respectively,
from the North line of said Tract No. 3669 and from the
East line of the Southwest quarter of SedtiOn 91 Township
5 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Las Bolsas; thence
Northwesterly 70 feet, more or less, to a point that is
233 feet Northerly and 332 feet Westerly, measured at
right angles respectively, from said North line and from
said East line.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of March, 1963.
