W~EAS, this City Council proposes to take proceedings
under the Improvement Act of 1911 for construction of street work
in proposed Assessment District No. 221 (Watkins Way), and it is
desirable to employ special counsel to prepare the proceedings
and supervise the conduct thereof; and
W~m~EAS, Nossam-u, Thompson, Waters & Moss are attorneys
speci.l]y trained and experienced in legal matters pertaining to
said Act, und an agreement covering their special services on said
matters has been presented to this City Council;
NOW, TH~2{EFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana, California, DOES ~'~!~YRESOLVEAND DET~tMINE that said
agreement is hereby approved and the Mayor of this city is hereby
authorized and directed to sign, and the Clerk of the Council to
attest said agreement for and on behalf of the city.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 18 day of March, 1963.
