OF THE CITY OF SAi'ITA ANA, CALLFORNIA,
ORDERING THE FILING OF ESTIMATE, PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS AIfD DISTRICT MAP FOR
CERTAIN SANITARY SEWER WORK.

Boise-Andres)
WHE~{EAS, proceedings are to be taken under the ImproYement Act of
1911, for the proposed construction of certain sanitary sewer work on Bolsa
Avenue, Andres Place and other streets in the City of Santa Ana) and
WHEREAS, this City Council has been presented with a carefu~
estimate of the cost and expenses of said work~ plans designated "Plans
No. A. D. 213" (consisting of six sheets, n~abered i to 6, inclusive)~
specifications designated "Specifications No. A.D. 213", and a map designated
"Map of Assessment District of Santa A.ua Assessment District No. 213" (eonsisting
of one sheet), showim~ the boundaries of the territory to be benefited by
said work and to be assessed to pay the cost and expense of said work.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, California,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE ANDORDER as follows:
Section 1. Said estimate, plans, specifications and
map of the assessment district, are hereby approved and are ordered to be
filed with the Clerk of the Council.
Section 2. The provisions for the payment of
liquidated damages as set forth in said specifications be and the same hereby
are approved and ordered to be specified in the contract. The amount of said
damages and the terms and conditions under which the same shall be payable
are hereby fixed as provided in said specifications.
