THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, A. C. MUNSELLE and HAZEL MAE MUNSELLE have presented
to the City a deed dated March 18, 1963, in consideration of the
payment of $4,800.00, and MUNSELLE WELDING SUPPLY CO., a corporation,
has presented to the City a quitclaim deed dated March 15, 1963, with
no cash consideration, each conveying a parcel of real property at
the Southeast corner of Evergreen Street and First Street. Said
cash transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 49271-C with
Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, ROBERT L. STEVENS and ELIZABETH J. STEVENS have
presented to the City a deed dated March 26, 1963, conveying a
parcel of real property on the North side of First Street, East side
of Hathaway Street, in consideration of the payment of $375.00 and
the construction of two driveways by the City. Said cash transaction
is to be handled through Escrow No. 49305-C with Security Title
Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at~'its regular meeting held on the 1st day of April, 1963.
