TRAFFIC REGUIATIONS (Prohibiting
stopping on Flower Street)
BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California
Vehicle Code, Section 21351 and Santa Ann Municipal Code, Section 3261.1,
NO STOPPING ZONES BETW.:~m THE HOURS OF 7:00 TO 9:00 A.M. AND 4:00 TO 6:00 P.M.,
EXCEPT SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS are hereby established as follows:
Both sides of Flower Street between
First Street and Seventeenth Street
except the West side between Sixth
and Eighth Street
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to install signs to
effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described.

at its regular meeting heldon the 15th day of April, 1963.
