OF LAND BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE SANTA ANA
UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT
WHEREAS, an exchange with the SANTA ANAUNIFIED SCHOOL
DISTRICT has been agreed upon whereby the City will grant to
said School District certain real property at the Northeast corner
of Raitt Street and SegerstrcmAvenue in consideration of a deed
executed by said School District to the City of Santa Ana for other
property at said location and further consideration of the payment
to the City by said School District the sum of $11,150.00. Said
transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 351135-6 HEB with
Title Insurance and Trust C~mpany.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby authorized to execute a grant deed to
the SANTA ANA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT conveying real property at
the Northeast corner of Raitt Street and Segerstr~nAvenue in
accordance with escrow instructions.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of May, 1963.
