COUNCIL OF THE CiTY OF SANTA ANA
CALIFORNIA, DETERMINING THE GENERAL
PREVAILING RATE OF PER DIEM WAGES
FOR LEGAL HOLIDAY AND OVERTIME WORK
IN SAID CITY.FOR CERTAIN CRAFTS OR
TYPES. OF WORKMEN.

WHEREAS, this City Council has by its Resolution
No. 63-82 ordered certain work or improvement, said
work or improvement being more particularly described in
its resolution of intention, Resolution No. 63-49; and
WHEREAS, this City Council by Resolution
No. 63-76 , has determined, ascertained and fixed the
general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general
prevailing rate for legal holiday and overtime work in
said locality for each craft, classification or type of
workman needed to execute said contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Santa Aha, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER that the general prevailing rate of per diem wages
and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime
work for each craft, classification or type of workman
needed to execute said contract are hereby specified as the
rates determined, ascertained and fixed by said Resolution
No. 63-76 , and reference is hereby made to said
Resolution No. 63-76 and the rates set forth therein
are incorporated herein and made a part hereof as though
fully set forth herein.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 6th day of
May, 1963,
