FROM CLEVE-WALT HOLDING COMPANY, INC. IN
CONSIDERATION OF A QUITCLAIM DEED FROM THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA TO SAID GRANTOR AND
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SAID QUITCLAIM DEED
WHEREAS, CLEVE-WALT HOLDING COMPANY, INC., An Indiana
corporation, has presented to the City a quitclaim deed dated
April 29, 1963, quitclaiming to the City vehicular access rights
on Harbor Boulevard, North of Huntzinger Avenue, in consideration
of the City quitclaiming to said CLEVE-WALT HOLDING COMPANY, INC.
other vehicular access rights to Harbor Boulevard, North of
Huntzinger Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said quitclaim deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's
designated agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance
on said deed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the
Council are hereby authorized to execute a quitclaim deed quitclaiming
to CLEVE-WALT HOLDING COMPANY, INC. vehicular access rights to Harbor
Boulevard, North of Huntzinger Avenue, and to deliver the same to
said owners.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its.regular meeting held on the 20th day of May, 1963.
