Hello. I am the probate court's special administrator for my deceased parents' estate which includes the 1325 South Main Street, Santa Ana, California 92707-1714 property (APN 014-021-30). A hearing with the Santa Ana City Council is scheduled for July 16, 2024 @ 5:30 PM to determine if the $7879.71 public nuisance assessment on the property from October 2023 will be reported to Orange County's Auditor-Controller as unpaid. The property's $7879.71 public nuisance assessment is now paid as evidence by the attachment to this email. Therefore, can the upcoming Santa Ana City Council hearing on the 1325 South Main Street property's public nuisance assessment be cancelled? Thank you. Main St. Ronin and Susan, Pursuant to Chapter 17, Article III, Sections 17-40 et seq. of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana will hold a public hearing to confirm the uncollected costs and expenditures incurred and encumbered by the City in carrying out its Abatement of Dangerous and Abandoned Building Program and authorize the transmittal of uncollected charges incurred by the City to the office of Auditor-Controller, County of Orange. For the property located at 1325 S. Main St. and identified with APN 014-021-30, the assessment amount is $7,879.71. This public hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chamber, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, CA 92701. Members of the public may attend this meeting in-person or join via Zoom.
