CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, WILLIAM H. SESSIONS and EUNICE B. SESSIONS have
presented to the City a deed dated May 15, 1963, conveying an
easement for street purposes on the South side of Edinger Avenue,
West of Birch Street, in consideration of the payment of $85.00.
Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 49662-K with
Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, GERALD T. JESSUP and RUSSELL H. JESSUP have pre-
sented to the City a deed dated May 21, 1963, conveying an easement
for street purposes on the South side of Edinger Avenue, West Of
Broadway, in consideration of the payment of $3,000.00. Said
transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 49693-K with
Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, WILLIAM M. GARRETT and SHIRLEY J. GARRETT have
presented to the City a deed dated May 23, 1963, conveying an ease-
ment for street purposes at the Southeast corner of Edinger Avenue
and Birch Street in consideration of the payment of $95.00. Said
transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 49692mK with
Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, ELLA STEENE JACKSON has presented to the City a deed
dated May 23, 1963, conveying an easement for street purposes on
the South side of Edinger Avenue, West of Broadway, in consideration
of the payment of $1,000.00. Said transaction is to be handled
through Escrow No. 49698-K with Security Title Insurance Company,
Santa Aha, California; and
WHEREAS, W. M. LINSDAY and GLADYS M. LINSDAY have presented
to the City a deed dated May 27, 1963, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the West side of Garnsey Street, North of Edinger
Avenue, in consideration of the payment of $85.00. Said trans-
action is to be handled through Escrow No. 49739-K with Security
Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, ELEANOR E. WATTS has presented to the City a deed
dated May 24, 1963, conveying an easement for street purposes on
the East side of Baker Street, North of Edinger Avenue, in con-
sideration of the payment of $105.00. Said transaction is to be
handled through Escrow No. 5109-RB with United Title Guaranty
Company, Santa Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, KAY H. WAGNER has presented to the City a deed dated
May 27, 1963, conveying an easement for street purposes on the East
side of Rosewood Avenue, North of Edinger Avenue, in consideration
of the payment of $150.00. Said transaction is to be handled
through Escrow No. 5114-RB with United Title Guaranty C~pany, Santa
Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, ALICE M. GRANT and VIRGINIA H. SELIG have presented
to the City a deed dated May 15, 1963, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the East side of Olive Street, North of Edinger
Avenue, in consideration of the payment of $200.00. Said trans-
action is to be handled through Escrow No. 5036-RB with United Title
Guaranty Company, Santa Aha, California; and
WHEREAS, JOHN BAHR and MADELINE BAHR have presented to the
city a deed dated May 15, 1963, conveying an easement for street
purposes on the West side of Olive Street, North of Edinger Avenue,
in consideration of the payment of $175.00. Said transaction is
to be handled through Escrow No. 5037-RB with United Title Guaranty
C~npany, Santa Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, ERNEST J. MacDONALD and BRONA J. MacDONALD have presented
to the City a deed dated May 24, 196~, conveying an easement for street
purposes on the West side of Baker Street~ North of Edinger Avenue, in
consideration of the payment of $65.00. Said transaction is to be handled
through Escrow No. 5110-RB with United Title Guaranty Compauy, Santa Ana,
California; and
WHEP~EAS~ PAUL H. G~T.k~NTINE and HESTER A. G~T.k~NTINE have presented
to the City a deed dated May 24, 196~, conveying an easement for street
purposes on the West side of Lowell Street~ North of Edinger Avenue, in
consideration of the payment of $25.00. Said transaction is to be handled
through Escrow No. 5111-RB with United Title Guaranty Company~ Santa Ana~
California; and
WHEREAS~ LAWRENCE COATES LeBARRON and MART M. LeBARRON have
presented to the City a deed dated May 24~ 196S, conveying an easement
for street purposes on the West side of Rosewood Avenue, North of Edinger
Avenue~ in consideration of the payment of $115.00. Said transaction is
to be handled through Escrow No. 5108-RB with United Title Guaranty Company,
Santa Aha, California; and
W~EREAS~ THOMAS H. WEATHERED and OTHA N. WEATHERED have presented
to the City a deed dated May 24, 196~, conveying an easement for street
purposes on the East side of Towner Street~ North of Edinger Avenue~ in
consideration of the payment of $25.00. Said transaction is to be handled
through Escrow No. 511~-RB with United Title Guaranty Company, Santa Ana,
California; and
WHEREAS, MAUDE K. GOODE has presented to the City a deed dated
May 22~ 196~, conveying an easement for street purposes at the Southeast
corner of Main Street and Edinger Avenue in consideration of the payment
of $8~8.50. Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 49680-K
with Security Title Insurance Company~ Santa Ana~ California; and
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is
directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
