QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Aha is the owner of a storm drain
right of way located East of Andres Place, South of Camille Street,
which is no longer of use to the City for said purpose, and it has
been determined by the City that said right of way should be deeded
to the owners of that property adjacent to said right of way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed
quitclaiming tN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING
FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD the real
property located East of Andres Place, South of Camille Street,
described as:
An easement for drainage purposes as shown on a map of
Lots 24 and 25, in Tract No. 1550, and recorded in Book 54,
Page 15, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange CoD-nty,
California.

Aha at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of June, 1963.
