CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AN
AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND THE BOARD
OF ADMINISTRATION OF THE CALIFORNIA STATE
~4PLOYEES ' RETIREMENT SYSTEM
BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That an amendment to the Contract between the
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, and the Board
of Administration, California State Employees' Retirement System
is hereby authorized, a copy of said amendment being attached
hereto, marked "Exhibit A", and by such reference made a part
hereof as though herein set out in full.
SECTION 2: That the Vice-Mayor and the Clerk of the Council
of the City of Santa Aha are hereby authorized, empowered and
directed to execute and attest, respectively, said amendment for
and on behalf of said City of Santa Aha.
SECTION 3: That said amendment shall take effect on July 1,
1963.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of June, 1963.
