HomeMy WebLinkAbout63-106RESOLUTION 63-106 DECLARING THAT A MAJORITY PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN MADE AGAINST ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY DESIGNATED "SEVENTEENTH AND TUSTIN NORTHWEST ANNEX" WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the City Council held June 17th, 1963, a protest hearing against the annexation herein referred to was regularly held on due notice as required by law and no written protests were filed against said annexation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council finds and declares that a majority protest against the annexation herein- above named, notice of which was given by Resolution No. 63-80, has not been made. CLERK OF THE COUNCIL PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of June, 1963.
