COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA,
CALIFORNIA, AWARDING CONTRACT FOR
WORK OR IMPROVEMENT ORDERED BY
RESOLUTION NO. 63-82.

Bolsa-Andres)
WHEREAS, in proceedings under the Improvement
Act of 1911, this City Council adopted Resolution
No. 63-103 ordering the giving of notice inviting bids
for all that work described in resolution of intention,
Resolution No. 63-49, and ordered by Resolution No. 63-82
and a notice inviting sealed bids for doing said work has
been duly published and posted; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed, all
sealed bids for said work which were duly filed with
the Purchasing Agent of said City were, in open session,
opened, examined and declared by said Purchasing Agent
at a public meeting called by him at the aforesaid time
and place and said Purchasing Agent has reported the
results of said bidding to this City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE,
of santa Ana, California,
AND ORDER as follows:
the City Council of the City
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE
Section 1. The bid of Orange County Pipeline,
Inc., 1506 North Clinton, Santa Aha, California, is the
lowest bid for said work of any responsible bidder and
is accompanied by a good and sufficient bid check or
bond which is satisfactory to this City Council. Said
bid is hereby accepted and the contract for said work
awarded to the above-named bidder at the prices named
in said bid.
Section 2. Ail bids, other than the bid
above accepted, are hereby rejected and the City Clerk
is directed to return to each bidder whose bid is so
rejected the check or bond which accompanied his bid.
Section 3. The Clerk of the Council is
hereby directed to publish a notice of this award in
the time, form and manner provided by law.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 1st day of
July, 1963.
