CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, ERNEST D. NORWOOD and PHYLLIS A.NORWOOD have
presented to the City a deed dated June 28, 1963, conveying an
easement for street purposes on the North side of Edinger Avenue,
West side of Shelton Street, in consideration of the payment of
$160.00. Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow
No. 5178-RB with United Title Guaranty Company, Santa Ana, California;
and
WHEREAS, JAMES A. MORAN and IRENE MORAN have presented to
the City a deed dated July 2, 1963, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the East side of Shelton Street, NQrth of
Edinger Avenue, in consideration of the payment of $160.00. Said
transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 5165-RB with United
Title Guaranty Company, Santa Aha, California; and
WHEREAS, LAURENCE LARSEN ROLD and RACHEL ROBERTSON ROLD have
presented to the City a deed dated June 5, 1963, conveying an
easement for street purposes on the West side of Birch Street, North
of Edinger Avenue, in consideration of the payment of $165.00. Said
transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 49794-K with
Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of July, 1963.
