AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND
THE COUNTY OF ORANGE REGARDING COST OF
OPF/~ATION AND FUTURE CHANGES IN TRAFFIC CONTROL
SIGNALS AND STREET LIGHTING SYSTEMS AS HEREIN
SET OUT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
that the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized
to execute that certain agree~aent dated July 9, 1963, between the
City and the County of Orange providing for the operation, sharing
of expense and possible movement or modernization of traffic
control signals and street lighting systems at the intersections
of Seventeenth Street and Tustin Avenue and Fourth Street and
Tustin Avenue.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of August, 1963.
