CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, EDWARD A. DUNCAN and ALICE R. DUNCAN have presented
to the City a deed dated August 5, 1963, conveying a parcel of real
property at the southeast corner of Park Drive and Edinger Avenue
in consideration of the payment of $1,000.00. Said transaction is
to be handled through Escrow No. 5989-RB with United Title Guaranty
Company, Santa Aha, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed and Hugh H. Foreman, Jr., the acting City Manager,
is hereby designated as the City's agent for the purpose of signing
the Certificate of Acceptance on those certain deeds accepted by the
City, and he is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on
said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of August, 1963.
