ON APPLICATION NO. 1851 FILED BY JOHN F. NEES
BE IT RESOLVED: That based upon the Finding of Facts of
the Planning Commission, the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana upholds the decision of the Planning Cc~am±ssion and appeal
on Variance Application No. 1851, filed by JOHN F. NEES is hereby
DENIED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of December, 1963.
