RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF TRE CITY OF SANTA ANA,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND ORDER-
ING.THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
EMPLOYING SPECIAL COUNSEL.
(Assessment District No. 220)
WHEREAS, this City Council proposes to take
proceedings under the Improvement Act of 1911 for con-
struction of street work in proposed Assessment District
No. 220, and it is desirable to employ special counsel
to prepare the proceedings and supervise the conduct
thereof; and
WHEREAS, Nossaman, Thompson, Waters & Moss are
attorneys specially trained and experienced in_legal
matters pertaining to said Act, and an agreement covering
their special services on said matters has been presented
to this City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Santa Aha, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AND DETERMINE
that said agreement is hereby approved and the Mayor of
this city is hereby authorized and directed to sign and
the Clerk of the Council to attest said agreement for and
on behalf of the city.
