HomeMy WebLinkAbout63-198RESOLUTION 63-198 DECLARING THAT A MAJORITY PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN MADE AGAINST ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY DESIGNATED "SOUTH SANTA ANA ANNEX NO. 6" WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the City Council held this date the protest hearing against the annexation herein referred to was regularly held on due notice as required by law, and no written protests were filed against said annexation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council finds and declares that a majority protest against the annexation herein- above named, notice of which was given by Resolution 63-177, has not been made. CLERK OF THE COUNCIL PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of December, 1963.
